Letdown. I cannot agree with Mark more.I had a Midnight Fernando (tuna and scallop) Roll. it was supposed to be spicy with jalapeo and came with some special sauce. It came with thick sauce for eel roll instead of light sauce like ponzu sauce; so the roll was not spicy but sweet instead. I had to order another cheap roll to fill myself, Spicy Tuna with Shrimp Tempura Roll was another letdown. Tempura was soggy and seaweed wrap was soft. Id spend my sushi/sashimi money elsewhere. This is a Thai-Japanese cross-over joint.
I guess people don’t know good sushi when the taste it. This place is highly reviewed but is about the worst I have had, way too much souse in the sushi you can’t even taste the fish. Typical for the American pallet.
