Great Casual lunch spot. Looking for a casual cafe to meet up with a friend? Check out Summer Thyme’s on Colfax Ave in Grass Valley. The place was packed with people conducting business pitches, girlfriends bonding over fresh baked goods and small children playing at the toy table. The green business not only uses compostable containers, but composts all kitchen scraps. Grab a sandwich and sit down with a cup of Uncommon Ground coffee, it’s bound to become one of your new favorite lunch spots.
