Another overpriced establishment in Grass Valley. The breakfast is decent, but lunch and dinner are atrocious. Ingredients are low quality, preparation is amateurish at best, and the dishes are just plain boring. The filet mignon made my girlfriend sick, the braised lamb shanks made me wonder if they just microwaved them, and the fish entrees were dry and flavorless. And do NOT order wine here. They do not store it properly, so it is warm and oxidized. Basically, if you’re in Grass Valley, you’d be insane to choose this place over Cirino’s Main Street Cafe.
Food tasty, service mediocre.
Good food at a decent price. Good burgers and the fries are great! The patio is a nice place to eat and enjoy the weather.
