My brother ‘Jef’ loves this place. We’ve been going here off and on for many years. The food is good and I don’t have any real complaints but it just seems average to me. I definitely don’t need a shaved watermelon radish on my guac. And I don’t need a shaved gold beet with some chopped romain on my dish. Just not sure how that fits with anything. Kind of trying too hard to upscale the food. Just serve delicious food.

I’m no Mexican expert, but this was the best Mexican I have had, and a meal I’ll remember for a while. Fantastic mole sauce (grandma’s secret recipe) and the daily special was amazing. Fresh, spicy, and how I imagine authentic mexican would taste.
