Balanced and Strong. Good beans outside of the town square in Healdsburg, I’m a French Roast fan for regular coffee. The espresso had a good crema and wasn’t scalding hot. Equator Coffee is being served, same as at the French Laundry. I can’t speak to the quality of the pastries or crepe, but I’m sure I will soon.They also have free wifi.
