Relatively new to the plaza – never would have known. No noticeable ‘new restaurant’ kinks. More importantly, the food was unreal. I’ve eaten A LOT of BBQ, and It’s hard to believe KIN Smoke now tops my list of best BBQ. I sampled everything on the menu, it’s hard to pick a favourite, but, the rubs and brisket were a real standout.
