Ate at Brazen BBQ tonight, the Red beams and rice and Mac & Cheese was very salty. It would appear they are increasing the salt content in order to sell more drinks during the summer
Baby back pork jerky. I have twice eaten at Brazen. The diary time was shortly after they opened. I was served brisket. It was so dry I had to wash each bite down with a drink. Tonight (3/22/15) I ordered a $25 rack of baby back ribs. Menu promised 10-12 bones. There were only 9. But it really didn’t matter. All the fat had been cooked away leaving flavorless pork jerky. I complained but no adjustment offered.

Bad. Food is very bad. If u want good BBQ go to PHIL’S Brazin BBQ is dog food. Worst ever Mac and cheese. Is like water and pasta
Excellent, so many great choices!. My daughter & her boyfriend live near this place & go here often. We were taking her out for her birthday & this was her choice. Excellent choice, it was our first time but will definitely not be our last time. They have so many delicious sounding items that none of us could decide what to get! I am a huge baby back rib fan but after taking our other daughter out last week to a well-known steakhouse & ordered a burger that I was extremely disappointed in, I decided on the burger and was so glad I did, it was one of the best I’ve ever had, juicy, cooked to perfection/medium & the bun was light. My only complaint is I don’t understand how restaurants can serve a burger dry, no mayo, no sauce so I ordered a side of mayo & topped it w/some of their special BBQ, out of this world and the fries, OMG, seasoned & sweet w/cinnamon. We ordered their stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapenos which were amazing & their wings w/their special dry rub…this is the only time in my life I didn’t want to dip them in sauce, the rub is excellent, needs no dipping! Everyone else was extremely happy w/their choices as well. Love the decor too, we shall return!
