It Sucked. Unbelievable…but after having a horrible experience here and complaining to the owner’s wife, we were persuaded to give it another try. So….after a month, we went back and the service was worse than the 1st time! We’ll never go back! This place sucks!!
Was disappointed by food. Tables too close, offer no privacy or intimacy. Although server was excellent.
A long-time favorite in San Diego!. We love their food and have been going here for over twenty years! Their pasta is excellent and the service is always friendly! We had my husband’s surprise b-day party here years ago and they did a beautiful job! They have indoor and outdoor dining with a warm romantic feel. Nice neighborhood restaurant feel.
Romantic. Delicious. Rustic.. Chances are this is more Sicilian than Italian, per se. I’ve been to most of the restaurants this family offers. It’s my opinion that this one is not only the best food, but also has a great location, excellent decor and styling, great service, excellent menu, etc. It’s just superb. It compares with the best Italian restaurants I’ve tried in ANY major city including New York, Boston, Chicago and L.A. — or Rome, Venice, Florence, Bologna, etc…you get the point! Try it with someone you love — they’ll love your classy choice and the great memories you have once this very memorable meal is complete!
