A great little French bistro. I’ve been here maybe 10 times or more with friends and family since 2012ish. Modem decor, cozy size, great food, very reasonable price. The baked Brie and steak frites (steak with fries) or Bleu burger are good places to start if you are unsure about the menu. If you have a large party or are going at peak times you should reserve a table. I’ve never had a bad meal here, which is the highest distinction I can give a restaurant since I’m picky and often grouchy.
Had a lovely brunch here. My husband & I started with Bottomless Mimosas for only $9.95, which I appreciated very much! The wait staff does a great job at always making sure your glass is full. As we waited for our entrees our waitress, Hannah, brought us out a sliced baguette with butter and their fabulously delicious Red Wine Reduction & Fresh Berry Spread. This small & simple indulgence is truly amazing!! I loved it so much that I asked for seconds! Haha. For the entrees I had the Ham & Brie Omelet & my husband had the Bleu Burger. Mine was okay. I wasn’t impressed. I don’t know where the Brie cheese was though… Maybe it melted inside the omelet? Or maybe it was forgotten? I’m not sure, but whatever the case may be I didn’t taste any Brie in my omelet. I was expecting my omelet to be cooked as they do in France, since this is a French restaurant, but it was different. In France, the Parisian Cafe’s that I went to served them in a tri-fold, almost like a burrito. Or, if they did serve it halved the consistency and look was different. Not a big deal though, just saying. I wouldn’t ordered it again though. As for the Bleu Burger, that’s a different story. That burger was magnifique, as you would say in French. I loved it!! I also thought it paired great with the side of mustard. I accompanied each bite with a small amount of mustard that made each bite better than the next! This place had a very nice ambiance, super relaxing & friendly atmosphere, great menu! I could tell once I sad down that the food was going to be good…and it was! Seriously delicious!
Pleased Overall. Nicely decorated, good seating arrangement. Food was good, came at appropriate times, Wine was decent. Their list is rather short. Server was decent, probably still polishing the craft, but still friendly and they did stay open late for us to finish bottle of wine which was very kind. Would I return? Yes, solid dining experience and left me with a good impression.
