Great hidden gem in Hillcrest. The atmosphere is intimate but comfortable with 9 tables each seating 4 comfortably. Lots of selection on the menu. They readily substitute anything as most items are made to order. Prices are very reasonable with many dishes and combos being less than $10. Great vegetarian selection as well. We enjoyed our evening and will go there again.

With a last-minute choice between this and the Mexican restaurant next door, we opted for Middle Eastern. Very glad we did!Decor & atmosphere is very simple & basic. Tables, chairs. Comfortable but not elaborate, and simple enough for a first date or a family full of kids (hopefully not both happening at the same time). The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and tasty. Among us, we enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, chicken kabobs & hummus platters. Hummus had a good taste & texture – not too lemony. Chicken was moist and tender, though not overly spiced. Rice with dill was tasty, and a small salad and pita bread came standard on the platters as well.One platter also included gyro meat, and the lamb was tender and flavorful. Decent prices, very tasty food – a great stop in the middle of a busy area!
