To begin with, Saigon on Fifth is on University Ave. While stopping here is tight, you’ll do well to stop in the underground stopping structure on around the bend on Fifth Ave., take the lift to the eatery level. Stopping will be marked down by the eatery. The administration has dependably been superb, nourishment never disillusions. Attempt it, you’ll like it!

I won’t be going back to this restaurant. The food was disappointing because the noodles tasted like oil and the curry didn’t have a lot of flavor either. Sad to say this restaurant didn’t meet my standards but the service was satisfactory.

I’m a huge pho fan and I was not disappointed with this place. On the pricy side, but good. The atmosphere and art is nice and intimate. Service is a bit slow, but it may have been a busy night. Didn’t get the friendliest server and the cleanliness is questionable.

Awesome!. If I lived in San Diego, I think I would be here once a week. The service was very attentive, the food was awesome and the prices are very reasonable. The’ miss saigon’ dish with Sea bass was so amazing. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere, I loved the fountain at the front of the restaurant with the koi fish.

Fantastic! I love Vietnamese food and this definitely lived up to my expectations! The 360 beef was amazing and the lemon grass soup is definitely a must try if u love sour stuff. There was also a very tasty noodle dish with a unique texture and flavor that made me eat the whole plate myself! Can’t remember the name.but it was a flat noodle really good! Went twice this week I love it that much!

Their pho is yummy and so are the dumplings… Me and my friends would go here especially if we want to do a late food run since they’re open up to 3am..
