At APK we are inspired by the Australian meat pie, but we have upgraded it. Our pies are NOT AUTHENTIC AUSSIE HOLD IN YOUR HAND FOOTY PIES! Our chef craeted and hand made pies take 3 days to make. We marinate the filling for 24-28 hours, Then we slow cook the filling for 2-4 hours and let it rest overnight. On Day 3 we blind bake the pie shells, add filling and then a buttery croissant top
