Super slow service. Grilled chicken enchiladas were really bad, I honestly couldn’t finish. The whole thing was super dry, chewy dry chicken, very little sauce. The rice and beans tasted terrible and were cold. Not super stoked about this lunch. The only plus was the view from the balcony. It’s sad that Fred’s gets so much tourist traffic that they don’t seem to care about quality.
