  Never again!!. Food was horrible. Menu says 100% white meat chicken. Not true!! I ordered General Tso’s. It was burnt (over fried) ,dark meat and impossible to cut through with a fork. When I told the server it was over cooked and I couldn’t eat it, he told me I ordered it and wouldn’t take it back. Finally, another server took it and replaced it with another dish, made with frozen broccoli, not fresh. My companion had the egg foo young. There were no bean sprouts in the dish and it was topped with appeared to be Birds Eye frozen veggie mix of carrots and peas. Not fresh ingredients as the menu states. Don’t bother with the egg rolls either. The inside was just gooey, overcooked veggies. Plus they charge for the rice that usually comes with your entree. Wish I had taken pics!! Want my money back!!!

  Best Chinese Food in Orange County. For staters, try the Hot & Sour Soup.That sets the standard.Maybe, in before eating the soup, visit their bathroom. That should tell you a lot about the restaurant. If they don’t care about the condition & cleanliness of their public bathrooms, what does that tell you about he condition of their private kitchen?At Ruby Palace they have an open kitchen, and invite you to take a tour. How different and novel is that?I have enjoyed Chinese all my life, from coast to cost, from Chinatown in New York City, to Chinatown in San Francisco, And I have never tasted anything better than what they offer and provide at the New Ruby Palace in Huntington Beach, California.Do yourself and your Family a favor and try the New Ruby Palace.   New ruby palace. Ordered same dish I always order. Waiter told me that the chef was the same. Food was not the same. We have decided to cross new ruby palace from our list

  Looks like a crap hole from the outside. We even did a few drive by’s before we had enough guts to just walk in. We were pleasently surprised by the prices and the food. Moderately affordable and very good. Make sure you come hungry!
