I won’t be returning to this restaurant. The serve Blue Fin tuna which is a fish on the red list (unsustainable overfishing resulting in it becoming endangered all because of sushi demand) the service was pretty rubbish anyway, but you’re supposed to boycott restaurants careless enough to serve animals on the verge of extinction. Google it.
Best Spicy Edamame ever!. If you are in the area, this is the best sushi restaurant to go to. I love it!
Busy Spot!. Packed and full of energy, Sushi on Fire was worth the noise level. Great fresh sushi with helpful wait staff, huge menu selection, and fast fast service. If you want to eat on the patio, there typically is a hour or so wait – so plan accordingly. Portion sizes are huge, so order in stages, otherwise you will end up leaving great food like we did.
Good!. So the first 10 seconds was a little iffy… There was just a slight smell of fish although I have to admit I am hyper sensitive to it.The hostess was very nice and after ordering a large hot sake she ended up bringing me a large AND a small one for free!!!! FREE!!!!I always have the chef make me their specialty and they made a refreshing roll, three amigos hand roll and hello kitty hand roll. The chef was VERY nice and made sure I liked what I got.The crowd was a little lite but then againit was 3:30 for lunch.All in all it was a good experience and I can imagine after a day on the beach this would be a GREAT night spot to finish up the evening.Being on main street they could easily just let their service slip as they have a captivated audience… Bt they obviously care about their reputation and the fish was good… Sme was better than good but in all I am very happy with the choice!!
