If you like donuts, or just want to take a selfie with that huge donut sign, Randy’s is your place. Only takeawayas, a bit like a gas station. Actually had a dozen but did not had 5 lel, only realized this later on. Out of a few ive tried, the glazed is the best. Actually had the Texas glazed, but i assume it is just a larger version of their normal glazed(?). Coated on the outside inside is sonewhat pastry(?) Like.F/B 4.5/5Service 3.5/5

Like any good foodie, I bookmarked this place and was thrilled to find myself within spitting distance on my recent weekend jaunt to Inglewood. I was shocked when I arrived and saw only one other customer on a Sunday morning. It’s a small space but with a small glass case at the far left where you can take an up-close look at the doughnuts available. I was perplexed by the number of tasty options, but I held on to my weakening will and decided to limit myself to two. I figured I needed to try the Plain Cake Doughnut. It was a decadently delicious, lighter-than expected. However, nothing quite prepared me for the luxuriant satisfaction to be found with the $1 Choco Old Fashioned dougnut. Dipped in a thick coat of the famous chocolate glaze, the doughnut was unbelievably airy as it was fried gently in oil until just golden brown. I don’t know if it was the oil temperature or how long it was kept in the fryer, but Randy’s staff has truly nailed it. Best. Doughnut. Ever. I’d be 600 pounds if I lived in Inglewood no doubt, but for now I have a forty-day walk ahead of me.Very excited to return and try other flavors. Pretty friendly and quick customer service in a cute but small store. Most importantly: WORTH THE HYPE, which is rare. instagram.com
