Chavela’s is where it’s at! Love coming here with my coworkers after work, couple round of chavela’s, chips and guac, awesome every time. One star off for giant obnoxious parties held in the front of the restaurant. What’s the back room for?
This is my 2nd time here and the food doesn’t disappoint at all. Our table ordered the small nachos which were enormous and the chicken fajitas were super tasty. This is a can’t miss place to visit in San Jose.
I’ve only been here for the drinks so I can’t say too much about the food.But as far as the drinks go, they’re really good. My go-to drink there is always the Michelada. Overall it’s a fun place to sit and drink.
