Dolsot Bibimbap. I used to come here for the dolsot bibimbap, the dish that the restaurant specializes in. It’s healthy and filling since it’s a bunch of root vegetables piled on top of hot rice in a stone bowl. The red pepper paste is okay, I’m pretty sure if it was better, it would elevate the dish to a whole new level. I don’t go so much anymore because it feels like the portions have diminished significantly. But for anyone who wants a healthy, quick Korean meal, you might want to give this place a try.
