Awful!!!! We came in for dim sum and after several attempts to get their attention and get one of the carts to come by we left! The service could not be worse! We were treated so badly, the carts would just pass us avoiding eye contact. Do not eat here!! I’ve eaten here before when it’s not so busy, the food isn’t too bad but when you consider how badly you’ll get treated to eat here it’s probably better to pass!
Authentic dim sum and service. Best dim sum bar none! I usually try dim sum in every major city I go to and the kitchen here is on par with the likes of Vancouver and Hong Kong!The service is very Asian too (I’m Chinese BTW) so dare I say to all dim sum first timers and non Asians that dim sum service is about variety and freshness not about hand holding or asking the fat content of the Har Kao!!!Before anyone gets offended I liken the expectation to going to Philly, standing in line for an authentic cheesesteak and getting offended that you ordered wrong, held up the line and wasn’t asked how your day was!!!Go with a open mind if you are new, enjoy a authentic food experience without flying 16 hours to Hong Kong!4.25 out of 5 stars
Really Great Dim Sum. I’ve only ever been there for Dim Sum. Depending on the day, it could get pretty busy. It’s one of the best Dim Sum places I’ve been to, with many of the classic dishes such as har gao (shrimp rolls), siu mai (pork dumplings), char siu bao (pork buns), taro cake, daikon cake, egg tarts, and much more. The service there can be a little unpredictable at times, but the Dim Sum servers are generally nice.
This is my favorite place to go to eat dimsum. They have an array of selections and if you can’t find it just ask and they’ll get it for you. Happy eating.

Food 4.5 stars… Owner 5 stars!. The server we had was quite rude, we asked for spoons for the kids on our table and we really saw the waitress sneer at us… but the food is great, so tasty and so yummy. The owner came up to our table to ask for our input, we told him about our server and he was very apologetic about it. He even poured the tea for us, what a great guy. The place was packed when we went there but they do not serve dimsum during dinner… however Mr. Amazing Owner (sorry forgot his name) made it possible for us to get our chicken feet fix and boy oh boy! Those feet are delish!!! We live a little far from Kearny Mesa but its a sure stop for us should we ever be in the area again.
