Pretty good, but closes quite early. I was at Mitsuwa shopping and came across it. I remember there being a Santouka Ramen in Japan and it was sooooo good. I know they aren’t the same but it brought back memories and I had to try it. All in all, the Ramen was quite good. The noodles were maybe just a tad overdone but still good. The broth was flavourful and not too oily. For the price it was worth it and I would probably come back if I was craving ramen.
Not the Real Tonkotsu. Real Tonkotsu ramen has a much richer flavor than what you’ll get at Santouka Ramen. It’s not a bad ramen, but it’s certainly not the great Tonkotsu that I’ve had in a Japanese restaurant in Thailand. The pork here is of a very mediocre quality, and fatty.
Delicious Authentic Ramen. The authentic taste of the famous Ramen shop in Japan is finally available in the US!! Santouka reigns supreme with its delicious noodles in a full-flavor soup, topped with select gourmet items. Delicious doesn’t even do the food justice. Cant’ read the menu? Don’t worry they have displays with numbers! Well worth it! Located just inside the Mitsuwa Market (Japanese supermarket) and is a cash only store.
