The boba milk tea is really good. The staff is friendly. But why do I get charged a different price for the same items every time I go in? And what is the point in saving your points for the t-shirt if they don’t give you the discount? On my last visit, I was charged $11.62 for an order that should have been $9.07. When I asked the worker about it, they didn’t know what to say and didn’t know how to fix it on the register. I was charged for boba that I didn’t get and not given my t-shirt discount. $2.55 is quite a bit for an overcharge.
It’s a fun place to be. The drink selection is quite impressive, with many different flavors of tea to choose from. They have snacks there too, though I would really only recommend getting the crepes or the shaved ice. Along the back wall is a shelf with various manga volumes for guests to read while enjoying their drinks. The service is not bad, but there is a bit of a wait to get your order when it becomes busy. The ambience is artsy-casual, making it an ideal place for students to study, or hanging out among friends.
