WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Apart from the hostess trying to pressure us to order right then and there we witnessed the fat lazy manager snacking on chips in the middle of the restaurant. The food was just plain, no spice at all. Apart from that my husband and I were charged twice for a certain dish and when we confronted the manager about it, she had the nerve to kick us out so we wouldn’t start a commotion. The nerve of that lady, I hope this place goes down.
Reserved Cisco Room. I reserved the Cisco Room for March 10, 2012 for my husbands retirement Party. I worked with assistant mgr Letishia. The room was perfect for 80 people. They were especially accomodating in every way by setting up tables for 60 with black tableclothes, adjusting room temperature three times until I was satisfied. We had to bring in more chairs and tables until we finally set 80 guests. I ordered 3 large party platters , 3 orders of hot wings, iced tea, and 8 pitchers of margaritas. Everything was served on time. Our guests were very pleased with food and the accomodations. They had a perfect spot for our DJ and his equipment. Great floor surface for floor dancing. They had room in walk in refrigerator for our cakes. They said decorate anyway we wished. They cleared tables when we were ready to dance. Gracious server. They charged $75 for the room, and $50 for patio which we didn’t use. Total bill for everything including 18% gratuity was $800 for 80 people. In this day and age, a bargain. I can highly recommend Cactus Valley Restaurant.

Fajitas were mediocre at best. Should have just gone to Red Pepper for a satisifying meal.

Great food, service is poor sometimes, but we put up with it because of the great chile verde and salsa!
