A jewel in the rough. The food here is excellent, though I don’t know how they do it. When you walk in, you can see into their small kitchen. How they turn the volume of food out of it that they do is amazing. The only complaint I have of this place (which I have only tried breakfast and lunch in) is the outdated smelly bathrooms that have no ventilation, so it becomes extra smelly when it gets warm because it has no a/c vents or exhaust fan.

If you’re looking for a chic restaurant, then they’re not for you, but if you’re just looking for fantastic home-cooked meals, then they’re perfect. Best hand-pressed burgers in town…Mushroom Swiss Burger (1000 island dressing on the side)…FANTASTIC!!!!

This is a good breakfast and lunch place that serves huge portions and lots of flavor. The service is nice, and they’re pretty quick with the refills. There’s a line to eat there in the morning. That says all you need to know.
