My fav Mexican food ever, try the chicken suiza enchiladas there sooo good, then the shrimp cocktail……yummy on a hot summer day, and the fajita salad is great…..almost like eating beef fajitas.
My favorite for Mexican food! Try the suiza enchiladas, if that’s spelled right. The cheese enchiladas too! The beef fajita salad, and shrimp cocktail are very good. Haven’t had anything I don’t like there so far.
One of the best in Bakersfield!. La Tapatia always has good Mexican food. Mild to moderate spice in main dishes, so you can actually taste and enjoy the flavor combinations. The salsa normally is very spicy and usually hot, but also with a good flavor. If any dish is not hot enough, just add salsa to your taste. The staff are always attentive, and will refill the chips and the salsa as needed. Prepare to wait for a table at regular meal times, because it seems that everyone recognizes what great food they serve!
LaTapatia serves up consistently excellent dishes. The employees are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The decor is a bit tired, but the great food more than makes up for it. Try LaTapatia out soon!
