  I have been ordering from this chain since I can remember, and maybe it’s because I expect a certain level on competance, customer service, well prepared food, and delivery in an appropriate time, but this store fails in all of the above. We all know that many restaurants can be busy but there are certain measures that should be taken in order to secure customer satisfaction. The last time I attempted to order from there (and trust me that was the last I’ll ever try) I was told I could not although we had been ordering there for the last three years, I was going to explain the situation and was going to ask to speak to the manager but the way I was being spoken down to I felt this arrogant man on the other was he. It’ll be Papa Johns from now on, thank you. FYI the last two times we’ve had cold pizza and a wrong order! Goodbye PH

  My favorite is the thin and crispy, but this Pizza Hut seems to overcook it. Friendly staff, but they take way too long.
