Its refreshing to have a Vietnamese restaurant in the area where it’s mostly Filipino restaurant. One of my go to place for Pho. The broth is clean and delicious. The quality of the food and ingredients are excellent. Service is friendly and attentive.
i like pho bo, and i found it there, best soup after mine. LOL. Excellent, but for me, i need more spices in it. Think about suggest 2 styles of one, as mild and spicy.
The one thing I order here is the #1 House Special, which has Done Beef, Rare Beef, Tendon, Brisket and Tripe. At times, I will order the Combination Crispy Chow Mein which you should mix together to soften the noodles.
One of thoes days when I wasn’t feeling to well and wanted some soup. I wasn’t disappointed. Nice hot broth with beef and tripe. Given some raw veggies, sprouts & greens, Vietnamese style, to add to the soup.
