Authentic, affordable, hole-in-the-wall Mexican food! This is definitely not an Americanized or Chipotle-like place. The menu on the wall has a lot of options to choose from (almost like an eye exam with the small lettering). I ordered:-Carne Asada and Pollo Asado grilled chicken soft taco: $1.50 each, 4.5 out of 5. These were so delicious, almost like taco truck street tacos. Definitely recommend the grilled chicken, which is one of the most tender chicken I’ve had in a taco.-Chicken burrito: $5.99, 3.5 out of 5, it was good and filling, but just ok. There was overwhelmingly a lot of beans, in comparison to everything else.-Horchata rice drink: $1.89 for regular (darn, should’ve gotten the larger size for $1.99), 5 out of 5. Mmmmm, so good and refreshing, with the perfect balance of rice flavor and sweetness. -Complementary salsa (bar- self serve) and chips – again, fresh and delicious condiment to the tacos and burrito. goodeatsinoc.blogspot.com
