These were the worst bagels I’ve ever had. I even went back a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt. Both visits my bagels were super small (anyone who knows anything about bagels, knows they come bigger and fluffier – not small and hard), cold, and had a weird taste to it; kind if like being burnt. Lastly, you can’t watch them as they prepare your bagel. Most of it was cooked and prepared in the back room, which I thought was unusual. I even suggested adding salmon cream cheese (not lox, but cut up salmon IN the cream cheese, if you didn’t already know) to the menu, as it’s a favorite for many, but they looked at me as if I was crazy! Do me a favor, keep the bagel making to the professionals.
