Three different times, they couldn’t get a medium well steak cooked. The last trip, I was so posses, I told them there better be no red blood coming out or we would get up and leave. There was no red blood but it was like eating a piece of dry leather. It was my wife’s birthday. The cooks they have need to go back to training.
