Delicious!. Love love love Solomons! Challah is the best around and their ruben sandwich is huge and delicious. Also, their honey brand muffin is DELICIOUS!! Solomon is a very positive hard working man, in fact I dont think I know anyone else who works that hard! I found out he came to this country with nothing but a dream and he made it happen. Its good to know that the small business man can still survive in this corporate jungle and that the american dream is still alive. I dont live in Cali anymore but any time I visit I’m sure to stop by and grab a nosh!
My favorite place. I am so happy.My mother had been getting our families cakes and breads here for years. I had to have my wedding cake done by Mr. Solomon. In the years that followed he did our babies cake and all my family cakes. I feel good about recommending Solomon’s Bakery.Such a nice family business that really cares about what they put out on there shelves.
TERRIBLE CHOCOLATE BABKA. I recently ordered 2 chocolate babkas. They were TERRIBLE. They were dry and more importantly, they had only a small bit of chocolate in half of it only! The owner, Solomon, is a very rude nasty man also who knows nothing about customer service. I would direct customers to the bakery at Gelson’s instead or to the Kosher bite in Laguna Hills.
