Frustrating online ordering experience. I am extremely frustrated with Bex. I placed an order online. My receipt said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up, the total was about half of what it should’ve been, so I checked it against the receipt. Turns out, they were out of one item I ordered and no longer carry one of the other items I ordered. The staff had no idea how their own online ordering system even works, so the manager had to intervene. No one bothered to call and let me know that my order couldn’t be completed, so I wasted my time waiting and driving to pick it up. They offered to replace one item with another (at my expense) and a $10 gift card as compensation. I did not order, nor did I desire the ‘replacement’ item, so I certainly wasn’t going to pay for it, and the $10 gift card was only on offer if I took (and paid for) the replacement and went on my way. Also, I entered my cc info when I placed my order, but they said that it hadn’t been paid for. I’m not happy with Bex and I regret wasting my time trying to get dinner for family at this restaurant. If an eatery wishes to utilize online ordering, the staff should know how the system works and they shouldn’t have items that are no longer available on the menu. Not giving me a call before I come to pick up is just ridiculous. Furthermore, offering me a $10 gift card on the condition that I still place an order is insulting. I have enjoyed dining at Bex in the past, but it’ll be a long time before I’m able to get the bad taste out of my mouth and patronize this restaurant again.

Horrible horrible everything is god awful
This is a must go eaten there three times in the 8 days I have been in lancaster, the ultimate burger is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten, and I travel all over the world. There chicken garlic pizza is phenomenal and there garlic fries are a 10. Staff is awesome Amanda and Jennifer are probably the best waitresses I’ve ever hat should be 100% must go
Fun place. Wait and bar staff are really good. Food is not bad either. Bathrooms are clean. Overall, a pretty good experience. They even have a fully equipped bowling alley in the basement – fun times!

Bex I gave it up. Service has gone from bad to even worse. The drinks which were once good are getting worse. Asked for Grey Goose at bar and caught bartender pooring well vodka. When questioned, she insisted she poured goose. Food is acceptable if and when it ever reaches you providing the server didn’t take it to someone else’s table. Won’t go there at night. The bad element hanging about the doors is simply dangerous as shown by the recent stabbing that took place at the door entrance to the bowling alley.
