Mr. Angelo’s has some really good food, but I just cant say the same for their customer service. They made a mistake on my order and when I noticed I decided to call back and notify them of the mistake that was made, but as soon as I said that they have gotten my order wrong, the worker begins screaming at me over the phone, after I repeatedly told him that I would like to talk to the manager, he hung up in my face. I am highly disappointed and if this type of customer service continues, they will definitely lose a customer.
Lifelong favorite. I have eaten at Mr.Angelo’s for as long as I can remember. My favorite dish is the Fried Chicken Dinner, followed by Spaghetti and Meatballs.It is not pretentious nor overly expensive. The only downside is that an order generally comes after 30-45 minutes. But it’s worth the wait.
