Banh Cuon Saigon is a full-service Vietnamese restaurant specializes in rice noodle roll/sheet which is made by steaming slightly fermented rice batter on a cloth that stretched over a pot of boiling water. The sheet is filled with a mixture of cooked seasoned ground pork, shrimp (or plain for vegetarians), minced mushroom, and minced shallots served with topping such as Vietnamese pork ham or sausage, sliced cucumber, and bean sprouts, with dipping sauce (fish sauce).
