Decent bakery place in little tokyo. Pretty good selections of bakery products with affordable price. Got myself a Hello Kitty tiramisu there as they participated on the Hello Kitty hunt a couple years back. Worth visiting if you crave for some breads or sweets when in area.
Best coffee I’ve ever had (think from Costa Rica and Guatemala) Staff young, professional and nice! Brilliant! For who’s around and for coffee lovers highly recommended
WOW!! Couldn’t go past the mini bacon donut while checking out little Tokyo.. Devoured the whole thing before leaving the store ‘forcing’ me to buy another to take away Hands down best donut I have EVER had. The staff were awesome, I am officially addicted. Please bring this phenomenon to Australia!
My short hop to Little Tokyo yielded some delicious donuts from Caf Dulce. Many flavors to drool on, donuts were fresh and light not to the level of Blue Star yet, but still decent.Our host loved the small bacon donut hole, and I tried the Koko Churro which was fluffy and good.The shop also sells drinks, and I had to try their Hong Kong milk tea. It was very creamy but the tea flavor was not bold enough in my opinion; it was also a little sweet and came sweetened, I wished I couldadd my own sweetener. doofniks.com
This place is amazing! I had a coffee and two toto buns. They were do hood that I bought two more. Four buns was overkill but it tells you how good they are.
Best place to sit for a cafesito!. Not only are the staff super friendly but the coffee is superb, I don’t normally drink iced coffee but when I do this is the only place that I will trek to for one. The cafe is clean, and the outdoor seating is the best with just enough trees to supply you with the shade and a breeze that summertime screams for. Cafe Dulce is pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. The pastries look like a piece of art that is baked by their in house baker, he makes a killer mocha bread that is to die for, sadly I wish there was a vegan version of it as to that is OFF limits for me. If you’re a coffee snob (I’m not) and you’re looking for a new place to hang your hat, give Cafe Dulce a try, you will not be disappointed 😉
