Good Dim Sum. Okay, I still need to try some of the San Gabriel Valley dim sum restaurants but often I go to Empress Pavilion because I know I always have good dim sum there. It gets busy and you may need to wait but I suggest you peruse the nearby shops and return in 20 minutes. Don’t arrive after 2 since the dish selection is greatly diminished.
