LOVE. This is the Holy Grail of rice cakes! Once of the few original things that have survived on First St. It’s like a time machine. Mochi is the best. Where else to they wrap your goods in paper and ribbon?? A must see.
This is the main attraction in little tokyo for me. It is a family run buisiness that has been there for over 100 years. Every time that I come to little tokyo, I buy at least 10 packages of mochi to bring back to Arizona for friends and family. I believe that this small little shop is the best part of little tokyo and hope it continues to flourish for another 100 years.
