The family running the business has been around a long time. The quality of the breakfast is very good and delicious. Everyone working there seem to care. The portion are good as well. Definitely will come back.
Tiny brunch place near Little Tokyo, never noticed this place until my friends told me about it. Great for breakfast, must try their chashu has skillet, it was very fulfilling. The chocolate and banana pancake is worth trying too.
Don’t be a hater is place is great! I can’t stand people that give good places low stars! Say something!!!!! If you don’t like something speak up! After that, if they don’t fix it or say sorry then give me a bad experience review.Anime expo Sunday, to lazy to walk far, I yelped this place which had food reviews.Located in little Tokyo, the entrance looks like a small shop, essentially it must have been at one point. Really right inside where you order but they have a cute wooden deck outside. Not the best tables, a little wobbly but so what.Ordered the huge breakfast burrito and strawberry shortcake pancakes, iced coffee and mimosas. $44. Feed 3 people. We still weren’t able to finish the pancakes. They were soo fluffy and delicious. The prefect sweetness. Fresh strawberries and whipped cream on the top.The burrito was literally gigantic! Nothing special, anyone can make it at home but it was good. Service was ok, it’s like a pay first, grab a number, sit down and eat kinda place. Get up get your own water and sauces etc.. the mimosa was good and worth $9, served in a small mason jar instead of a weenie champagne glass lol.If I’m ever in the area I’d eat here again. E
Stopped by for breakfast on a day trip to LA. We both enjoyed our well prepared and generous breakfasts. The Asian touches are appropriate and in balance. Nothing seems gratuitous or showy. This is filling comfort food. The duck confit, sunny side eggs on a Chinese scallion pancake was rich and decadent. My wife loves her croissant sandwich that could barely hold all its fillings. Breakfast potatoes were on point.
