Terrible service
DELICIOUS FOLKLORE. I don’t know what I love most about Anitas; whether it is the unmitigated joy to be experienced in savoring the tastes you always hoped of Mexican food– the kind of food that makes you keep eating long after you’re certain you couldn’t handle another bite; or the history of Los Angeles that surrounds you in this haven of authenticity. Probably both. It’s the best-kept non-secret of Angelinos in the know. Great for spotting Hollywood insiders, too.
We have been dining at Las Anitas for many years and their service, festive athmosphere and the food are the best we’ve encountered. We now live outside the area but on our viisits to So. Cal. we make sure to stop at Las Anitas.
