Good banquet…….. Went to Ocean for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. We had a 10 course meal and I thought the food was excellent overall. The food came out a little unevenly, but at least it was hot and fresh. We were literally stuffed when we left as that’s how you usually feel after chinese banquets. I can’t comment on what other people experienced, but for a Saturday night, there were perhaps a table of 6 and another group of about 10. Pretty empty for a Sat evening. That may speak more volumes of the restaurant in general, but for us we were VERY happy with the meal.

Dim Sum in LA. Loved the dim sum here. Will definitely come back again. Love the cart pushing and the quality of dim sum was good. The floor manager was welcoming too.

My family and I had a nice dining experience here. Surprised to hear of negative feedback. My family of 5 had lunch here on my birthday 4/24. I expected the place to be busy on a Sat but we were seating quickly. Dim sum was delicious and my family ate to their heart’s content. Pork shumai, shrimp eggroll, shrimp and scallop, beef rice noodle, and mango pudding. The mango pudding was so cute…2 little molded koi fish! Our drinks were always full and with three kids (7 1/2, 6, 3) the wait staff was attentive to our needs and very accomodating. Would definitely return. My birthday lunch was superb!
