This place has the best sushi I have ever had. I know that spicy tuna rolls are for for the novice but they are a must try here. With huge chunks of tuna rather than the usual shredded stuff you will understand what I mean. This place probably has the best sushi in LA and it won’t break the bank. Highly recommended.

BEST SUSHI CANT BELIEVE THE $. QUALITY YOU CAN TASTE!! I have been a regular at Komasa for 4 years now.. I go twice a month on a tuesday!! It’s always fresh no matter when you go.. Everything is clean and owner and master chef is picky on what he serves his customers and how he serves.. He’s very clean and I will continue my tradition to Komasa twice a month!!
Worth the Wait. Be prepared to spend some quality time hanging out in Little Tokyo. There is always a wait at this tiny gem of sushi mastery. However, the quality is superb and the prices are amazing. TIP – be sure to leave your cell number with the guy at the door and go shopping, he’ll call you when your table is ready. Once inside stick with the basics, the fish is so high quality nothing else is needed.
Best place for Sushi in Little Tokyo. The place is very cozy and friendly. Despite of a long wait, it worthed our time. The food is so delicious, especially the Sashimi combo. The service is great too. There was a nice old lady coming in and out and checking on us all the time. The price is not that expensive; indeed, it’s pretty decent for such a phenomenon food. Overall, wonderful experience in such a small place. By the way, check out their green tea ice-cream !!! I would rate this place 5.1/5 🙂
