Four friends passing thro’ Livermore and we opted for this place for lunch. I had the Pescado Frito which is a whole tilapia fried. Taste-wise this was pleasant but obviously not the best.The layout is ok and clean. A good experience over-all.
Excellent horchata and tacos. Small stripmall type location with lots of seats and a nice salsa and chip bar… Slightly more expensive than my favorite – Pepe’s in Oxnard, CA, but cheap by east coast standards. Tasty beef and pork, but the beans and rice is probably the best I’ve ever had!
