Same High Calorie/Carb/Sugar Content As Jamba Juice. I just did a nutritional value comparison between mango smoothies (my favorite flavor!) at Robeks and Jamba and found out that they were pretty similar in calories, carbs and sugar content…but in a 12 oz. serving, Jamba’s mango smoothie provides 67.5% daily value of Vitamin A (over Robek’s 24%) and 52.5% daily vaue of Vitamin C (over Robek’s 39%).Regardless, I still want to try their Acai smoothies next time I’m there!
