This old-school diner is crowded with locals who have been coming here for years. They are open for Breakfast and Lunch only, but if youre interested they serve their Breakfast items all day. Offerings include Eggs, Hot Cakes, French Toast, Omelets, Biscuits and Gravy, and a Breakfast Quesadilla. Weve happily enjoyed the Hot Cakes and the large, fluffy omelets. twoguysfromnapa.com

**My First Meal From Avenue Grill** ; )). **My fiance’ picked up a patty melt & onion rings for me & a bbq bacon burger & rings for his self yesterday. He did not know that they closed @ 2 pm & walked through the door @ a couple mins. to 2 pm. He said he’d come another time & the girl who wks. there very kindly said that he could still order food to-go!! :)) When ge handed me the bag when he got home I was amazed at how heavy it was!! All the food was magnificent. I actually warmed my patty melt & rings up in the oven broiler on tin pans hours later & it was still very good. A little trick of mine for reviving onion rings, fries, etc.! Try it sometime! 🙂 I cannot wait to actually eat there. The dishes they picked for their menu are a well thought out wonderful array of food! I cannot believe we never ate here before.

The Worst. Terrible! You had to wait forever and it wasn’t even decent. They have packaged syrup. How does a breakfast place survive and don’t even have homemade syrup!? I should have gone to Denny’s because I would have received better food for less money.

Pancakes the size of hubcaps! The Poor Mans Benedict and Potato Platter are the perfect base for a day of wine tasting (or to recover from one)!

5/5 stars. This place rules. I’ve never ordered anything I didn’t like.
