I’ve eaten here on several occasions and never had a bad meal. I normally sit at the bar and the service has always been good. I usually order burgers or sandwiches and they’ve always been good. Last time I was there I had the fish & chips which was very good (cod fish). The beers are varied styles and absolutely drinkable.
We were passing through town and this place was recommended to us. Service was fine local wine was good, the dinner was not good. I had chicken marsala and it was covered in a very sweet sauce that tasted right out of a bottle; yuck! My dinner partner had ribs which were also laced with a bunch of sugar. He was wanting a spicy and savory rack of ribs but they were very sweet.
