Locals seldom mention this place. Perhaps they don’t know about it – it’s away from downtown. More likely they want to keep it secret and be sure they can get a reservation. Definitely needed in a place with a couple of booths and a half-dozen tables. The only staff are the husband/wife owners/chefs, two waiters and a dishwasher. But they turn out the best food we’ve had so far in Lodi. Market driven, creative and delicious. You will ask for a repeat of the nightly specials just for the mental image rerun. No liquor, just a great choice of the best local wines. Very friendly, very efficient, very reasonable. A real find.
