  Your sole purpose running a restaurant is to meet or exceed expectations of your customers, serve great food for new or returning customers, Taco Roco located on H street is failing to do so. Using cooks to deliver your food that have no sense of direction where to deliver in town, over an hour wait for delivery, after talking with them no return calls, the staff acts friendly till u have the slightest of objection about there service, although its a mexican food restaurant the delivery man and i spoke two different languages and all he can do is laugh, food tasted old and burritos falling apart. They also don’t know what there restaurant number was after many attempts to obtain, the assuming manager on duty (M*rlene)was getting attitude and frustration after a few questions on employees names and refused to give her last name or owners name. You would think an establishment that states they sell great food should have a staff to back it up, its what the consumer wants not how u want to run a business, Its part of owning a restaurant anywhere in the US.

  I was there for taco Tuesday. They had several choices and I had several different varieties. These were the smallest tacos I’ve ever had. Plus they were very wet and the tacos fell apart.

  I got the taco salad and was not very impressed. It would have been better at taco bell! My husband got the skirt steak and thought it was pretty good though.
