Its right next to where i live.. So tried this place couple of times. Its quick and consistent on taste. I like pho so this is kind of place i can go anytime for quick lunch or dinner. I would personally recommend their meat ball pho.

The food was pretty good, but the service was atrocious. The restaurant was less than half full, with 5 servers, and our glasses ran dry, they forgot our spring rolls, and the personality off the staff was ambivalent at best.
Service is great but the lady in charge it rude. It’s also probably the best noodle soup you can get in Cali.
