Halal guys was a saviour of sorts for me during my recent trip.. When in San Jose as well, and this place near west Hollywood, pleasantly surprised to run into them. At best the fare is quite pleasant but it’s the rice that’s really nice. Love the mood and the halal concept. More than food, it’s the movement to meet halal requirements and I truly look forward to a visit to USA where that extends to other cuisines too! ( tried halal in sf – Indian Pakistani afghani)
