  Next to Descanso Cafe is Maple restaurant offering a garden-adjacent dining room with an arts-&-crafts vibe. Silver pots filled with dried flowers hang on one wall, while a variety of spoons of all sizes are displayed on another wall. The wood tables with white chairs rest on concrete flooring. Looking at the vaulted ceiling, the rough wood beams are visually appealing.One can hear champagne bottles pop open for guests ordering from the Mimosa Bar. Select either Philippe Dublanc or Lanson black label brut. Select one of four different cold juice flavors for a splash of sweetness. There is a choice of Rose, white and red wine to pair with your brunch fare. Non alcoholic beverages include lemonade, hot or cold tea, Intelligentsia coffee and sodas.Open on the weekends guests can choose one of four toasts: fresh berry toast, soft scramble sourdough toast, avocado and fresh ricotta on whole wheat, and Nutella with sliced caramelized bananas on cranberry and pecan toasted bread. Breakfast favorites include fruit and cheese, a green goddess salad and brioche French toast.I chose the delicate and light peas and carrots omelet topped with garden picked herbs and decorated with rainbow carrot strips and fresh fruit. My daughter really enjoyed the Chino Farms Eggs Benedict on toasted brioche instead of an English muffin. It was topped with ham and creamed spinach. Country potatoes finish this dish.My husband ordered from the Maple Signatures section. The breakfast burrito was filled with farm fresh organic eggs, a heirloom tomato salsa, Mexican Cream, avocado, roasted poblano and country potatoes. The Nutella toast is a great finish.
