Best. Flan. Ever.. Stopped in here for the first time because it seemed to be well-reviewed online. No wonder! The food is great, and the owners are great, and the prices are completely reasonable. I had the tamal-chili relleno lunch combo. The tamal was very, very good though the corn-chicken ratio was a little high, and the chili relleno was great. But the best part was the flan. It is absolutely the best I’ve ever had, and in my 50 years I’ve tried a lot of flan.Be warned: I also had a draft beer, and the standard draft is 22 oz, so stick with bottles unless you’re darned thirsty.
This place is awesome. The owner, Tavo, is super nice. The pork enchiladas with green sauce were the best I’ve had. So tender! They have Fat Tire on draft but be warned the standard size is 22 ounces. Quite large for lunch time. Chile Relleno was also great. Now my favorite in Pasadena!
Delicious. We go there once a week and the food is amazing. The people are soooo nice. Tavo, the owner is great. I recommend the shrimp enchiladas. Mmmmmmm!!!
